Use of Service
By using DISPUSA, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse our services or attempt to access them using a method other than the interface we provide.
Contractor Relationships
Contractors on DISPUSA are independent service providers, not employees of DISPUSA. We facilitate connections but are not responsible for the quality or outcome of any individual job.
Payments
All payments are processed securely. Deposits are collected at booking and the remaining balance is due upon job completion. Refund eligibility depends on job status at time of cancellation.
Privacy
We collect personal information necessary to operate the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DISPUSA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
